At The Boat House Group we strive to give every one of our customers a treat when we serve them. And treats are even nicer when you don't have to pay for them! With The Boat House Group loyalty card, you’ll be able to treat yourself now and again on us.

Each time you eat or drink in one of our establishments, or make a purchase from The Grape House, we will reward you with points that you can redeem in any of our pubs and restaurants.

For every pound you spend on food and/or drink, you will receive three points.

To redeem your points all you have to do is present your card at or before the time that you settle your bill.

You don’t have to do it all by yourself either. By emailing loyalty@theboathousegroup.com, you can request additional cardholders to be added to your account.

You can check your points at any of our outlets even if you don’ t want to buy anything. If you lose your card all you have to do is write to us at our Head Office and we will issue you with a new card.

It’s simple and free to sign up online and your card will arrive in the post.
